Being a small, owner-operated entity, you can enjoy having a relationship with one individual. From your initial call to mowing your property, we'll be working on a 1on1 basis together.
Choose weekly or bi-weekly based on your unique needs and budget. Service on-demand will carry an additional $15 fee.
Easily pay on your phone; we'll send an invoice-by-text. No contracts, cancel anytime. Billing is bi-weekly.
Our most common compliment is "you answer the phone." Should you need our attention, simply drop a call, text, or email! In the event we can't answer your call, please expect a call back, typically within an hour.
Please note that any existing clients requesting service should not expect a return call. We will receive your message and do our best to honor your request. If you specifically need a return call, please indicate so and expect to hear back!

Being a small operation, our price is made affordable and contract free by offering a basic mow service, which includes blowing concrete clean. We do not offer weedwacking, edging, or trimming.
Absolutely! Once the season begins, you'll be assigned a set, reoccurring day for service. Mow times are within 8am to 7pm. We offer weekly and bi-weekly mowing.
Acreage is determined by MowingByCJ and is billed at $30 per acre. For those with under one acre, our minimum service fee of $45 would apply.
Billing is issued bi-weekly. You'll receive a text invoice, which can be paid from the convenience of your phone.
I'm passionate for dogs and have two of my own. Remaining conscious of keeping your pets safely secured isn't just my guarantee, it's my personal promise. You can expect absolute perfection.
Both for new and existing customers, requested services are guaranteed within 48hrs, weather permitting. We do strive for a faster response, whenever possible. Mow-On-Demand incurs an additional fee of $15.
